I’m Alvana Cundey, wife and mother of 2. We began our EC journey when our oldest child was 7 months old. At the time we merely thought that EC sounded like a cool alternative to diapers. What we didn’t realize was that EC would change our family in numerous ways and bring us closer to our children.

When our son arrived, 26 months after his sister, we were so thankful that our daughter had been out of diapers for months. Seeing both our children thrive with EC has inspired me to tell others about this amazing practice.
