Based in Amsterdam and working with families across the Netherlands and Belgium, I specialize in practical, part-time elimination communication (EC) for modern working parents.

My approach is calm, realistic, and dignity-centered. I believe diaper independence is not about pressure, but about communication, body awareness, and trust. Especially in cultures where convenience products are the norm, many parents don’t realize there are other ways. Or don’t have the right plan and support, to transform their routine.

I support families who want to rely less on diapers while balancing childcare, work, and daily life — whether you’re introducing EC from birth, starting with a toddler, or simply exploring a lighter, part-time approach.
