Rebecca Davidson

Hello, my name is Rebecca! As a woman who desires to be a wife and mother, I began researching the natural and physiological processes of childbirth and bringing up children to prepare myself for when the time comes. As my passion for these things grew, I decided to take it a step further and have now trained as a birth doula, offering support and service to women and families on their personal journeys towards physiological birth.

Additionally, I have a degree in cultural anthropology and am passionate about the cultural practices we humans have developed within our lives. Through my research, questions developed for me: what did we do before diapers, how is potty-training and diapering done outside of North America, and how does diapering affect/hinder the development of our children? Then I came across Elimination Communication and thought, yes, this is it!

I'm passionate about tuning into our instincts as women and parents; navigating life in a way that may seem strange to the social status-quo but that works as a holistic, simplistic, and intrinsic return to basics. Caring for the mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of all involved along the way.

I enjoy nature, painting and photography, spending time with animals and time in the kitchen.

As an EC consultant I look forward to helping parents and children connect intimately with one another, working with their intuition and physiological truths - and hopefully forging a new community with the KW Region!
