Hi, I'm Sarah. I've lived in Denver since 2002, currently in Thornton. In 2012, our first baby was born 7 weeks premature and my husband and I decided I should become a Stay at Home Mama. I love watching my kids learn and grow every day!

When my first baby was 5 months old, I stumbled across EC and it really resonated with me. Fewer poopy diapers and earlier potty independence?! Sign me up! I immediately switched to cloth diapers, bought a potty chair, and began practicing part-time EC. It was a new tool to add to our parenting toolbox.

With my second baby, we ran into new issues and I came to the coach pages to find help in my area. At that time there were no coaches in Denver, the closest person was in Arizona! Via Skpye, I was able to find the support and encouragement I needed.

Whether you are doing EC from birth or non-coercive potty training, I look forward to helping other families in the Denver-Boulder corridor on their journey toward potty independence!
